Urgent HIT question

Hi all,

I need to know if Thursdays would be do-able for everyone instead of Wednesdays. Please respond either way. While HIT is the priority, I am kinda digging the Salsa lessons I am taking.

Hi all,
It's that time of year again. Winter is upon us and that means HIT sessions are about to begin. I'm looking to start in late November on a Wednesday. This will give us the easier of the sessions on Wednesdays and the harder session on Sundays. Let's start with a head count. As always, others are invited as well. there is plenty of room. i hope the same tri-girls will join us again. We need a Meatloaf fan to balance out the Neil Diamond faction. Please put a quick note in the affirmative if you will attend. Those that are not attending and wanting to make a comment, please feel free:)

Ride Wed Oct 14

Anyone riding?

I could be able to make a 6:45 start. Certainly lights and posssible rain and wind. I'm looking for miles, not intervals. Anyone interested let me know.

Ride Wednesday - Rain or Shine

Looking to do a ride from the shop on Wednesday after work, rain or shine.

I'm shooting for 6:30, but start time will more likely be 6:45. I'll be on the Lemond, so no super fast pace for me.

If you're interested, respond. If not, I'll do a solo ride from my house.
